When you put the ball out, it doesn't seem like you have complete control of it. Make it easier on yourself by putting it where only you can get it. When you get the clamp try and pinch it and pull it out. Pop it up to yourself or pinch and put it out exactly where you want it to go. Also you use your elbow a few times on the clamp. If you want to play in college just try and break yourself of that habit.
Now on to the good stuff.
You do a good job using you body to out muscle the guy off the ball. If you want to use this tactic in college hit the weight room. 5'11 185 isn't big. For your height try to put on like 10-15 pounds.

looked pretty strong. If I would coach 1 thing, I would have you set up lower in your crouch. If you look on every FO your first move is to drop, dropping into a position to fight which is costing you time. That time will be vital against stronger opponents. Very good all in all , good luck.

work on driving your left hand then picking up ur shaft (pinching the ball). It will win the clamp and it will give you control of the ball. To answer your stance.. get a wider stance, it will help you to stay low and balanced. Good luck
