Just wanted to give you guys an update going into this weekend against new jersey... This past weekend I played Washington... Never have i faced a cheaper POS than kevin frew.. I was crushing him, and he tried to cross check the back of my arm when it was extended on a clamp breaking my arm.. This wasn't just a cross check on the ground, but he literally dove at my extended arm after the play... I have never faced a cheaper POS in my life... Anyways, this started an all out brawl as jack reed broke his pole over frew and then gavin prout was ejected with a punch to nadelins face... if you guys wanna check it out its on espn360.com . Supposedely frew was fined, but I'll never forget what he tried to do... He can enjoy being in the 30% range the rest of the season because he sucks anyways... Bottom line he should have been cut a long time ago, and if he didn't work for the company that funded the bayhawks he would have been, because he is absolute grabage.. And believe me this is not me talking trash about someone on a forum I said all this to his face...... Frew if you read this or someone wants to relay it too you, I'm comin for you and the next time I'll beat you even worse... Forgetting this whole debacle which was a complete joke, this weekend roch plays new jersey up in the roch... Brennen will not dress this weekend it will be justin berry who is just below 50%. Justin is a great fogo, as he helped teach me and others alot at a young age... Looking forward to go against my mentor this weekend... Cya in roch justin, best of luck buddy.....

I went and watched what happened on e-lacrosse (around 14 min. through if anyone is curious) and it makes me hope I get a wing guy who looks after me like Reid did, he knew exactly what was going on and stepped in.

Reed is the best wingman a guy could ask for.. He and brodie with prout, schiller, duts, and jordo do a hell of a job... I'm glad they had my back, as I couldn't move my arm to defend myself if I had to haha... There is definitely a difference between slashing or cheating on a face off than deliberately trying to take someone out of the game.. Like i said before, frew is garbage and shoulda been cut a while ago... While I hate to root for pete valhakis, I hope he crushes frew... Anyways should be interesting playing against berry tomorrow, I have been texting him trying to get in his head all week..... If you all have a chance to check out the game its on time warner on comcast or espn360.com...

Westerner33: definitely cool going up against Justin... We battled it out until they pulled him in the fourth, and I ended up 17/23... He is a very good face off guy and I have the utmost respect for him.. In the forth, the peysers came in and went 6/9 combined against me.. Stephen did better than greg... A lot of the face offs were 50/50 balls we lost however both peysers got me on a quick rake once as well... They are very good face off guys, justin with his 5'10" 240lb frame wore me down pretty quick haha... I feel confident If i got to go against the peysers 30 plus times I would come out on top.... With that being said, I'm just over 60% trailing Valhakis by roughly 3%.... If you notice all other MLL FOGO's they are all in the 40 percentile!!!! The rule change has really effected people especially snider and corno... As far as GB's Valhakis and I are tied for first in the league at 36 .... This weekend I have Corno coming up who is always tough. Even though I was 76% against him last game, I am not going into the game under estimating his abilities...

I just watched the game on espn 360 and was very impressed with the faceoffs its crazy how you win everything so cleanly. I cant wait to watch the next one... corno should be a great test he seems very tough to beat when he goes on a tear.

In the airport about to hit the flight back so I figured I would give you all an update... After last night I am now the number one FOGO in the league at 59.9% beating out a close second in vlahakis at 59.6%.... Last night I intended on getting to my game on time... However, I got diverted to Greensboro flying to Raleigh and landed at 7 with a 7:30 game... I literally changed in the taxi, missed the first three face offs, then ran on the field mid way through the first... I think corno thought he had it easy until I ran out there... I ended up 20/34, 7 gb's and more importantly we won... Next week I have LA in roch, any advice for the mammoth from LA?

I say get in and out quick. I was surprised he did so well against vlahakis. Seems like he'd out-muscle vlahakis and then pinch and pop or rake it out.

Alex in response to your previous post do what he does. if he wants to grind it out grind it out. if he want to plunger then deflate or jump/jam

I have met guerenlian in person(hes a strength trainer in my area) and can attest to the fact that he is more than extremely strong but im positive you will have the edge if you can get in and get out quickly he seems to like to grind it out a little and make sure he has the ball before he plungers so my advice would be to be as fast as possible. thats just my two cents im sure ull have a great game good luck.

sjrlax: Just cause he's Greg "Beast" Gurenlian doesn't make him a 'mammoth;' although the Beast is like 6'1" and does eat nails for breakfast. Anthony Kelly, a.k.a. the A-Train is gargantuan, thus a 'mammoth' as Alex referred to earlier.
