Ref hot points in 2012?

I've been told that there are some ref hot points for 2012 for youth lacrosse, including finger grabbing and flicking of the ball, stick kicking (duh), and some other things. The US Lacrosse video about 33% of the way in talks about rule 4-3-3:

If this means refs in my area do more to prevent flagrant cheating, great.

Has anyone else heard about things to watch for in 2012?
