Hello, I'm new to this site. Well our varsity season is coming up, and last week my coach came up and told me ill be facing off for the beginning of the season, because our senior fogo has so sit a few games for certain reasons. I'm not a fogo at all, I play offense on midfield a ton, and I have had interest from some d3 schools. But during summer ball, we don't have a fogo, so I also take all the faceoffs. Now in summer ball, I dominate the x, and yes we go out east. But I we have a tough schedule, and I need to be ready for the season. I plunge a ton and pinch and pop, but I don't really practice faceoffs much, so if you could give me some tips on how to improve my quickness on draws and reaction times that would be great thanks.
